Community Connections

Sometimes, life throws us a curve ball and we don’t know what to do. We need help but we don’t know who to ask. We need to take action but we don’t know what our options are.

CEO’s Community Connections program is designed to help you when you are in crisis, but you aren’t sure where to turn. The program acts as a gateway to all of CEO’s programs and services. Our Service Navigator offers one-on-one support to make sure you are enrolled in the programs CEO offers that best fit your needs. The Service Navigator can also connect you with other local resources and programs (outside of CEO) to make sure you are getting the help you need. Community Connections also offers short-term case management support.

Eligibility Guidelines:

All Capital Region residents in need are eligible for Emergency Services. After an initial assessment, some eligibility requirements may need to be met for specific programs.
