All programs in each division of CEO offer a variety of services to children, individuals and families. All of the programs utilize a strength-based approach to service delivery and focus on purposeful strategies, activities, and relationships to foster empowerment and resilience.

Through an agency-wide centralized intake process each customer enters CEO’s continuum of care and is evaluated and given the proper support for completion of the admission process.
