What is A Time for Tasting?
A Time for Tasting is CEO’s annual food, dessert, wine, and beer tasting event that features a silent and “surprise” auction. Last year, this exciting event, which included restaurants and dessert shops from the Capital Region and was attended by more than 300 guests, raised over $50,000 to benefit our youth programs.
The funds raised from this event support the services and programs CEO offers to residents in Rensselaer County who have faced economic hardships and need a helping hand. This year, all proceeds raised through this event will benefit CEO’s Fifth Avenue Project. The building will support the expansion of our services to continue meeting the needs in the community, including the relocation of the agency’s YouthBuild Program and Weatherization Assistance Program. With your support and participation, we are confident we will exceed last year’s accomplishments by leaps and bounds!
