TITLE:  Program Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Assist Director of Head Start / Early  Head Start program with coordination  and monitoring of program functions to ensure compliance. Candidate will provide clerical and administrative support as well as act as a liaison between the director and program managers. Candidate should be well organized, detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and to utilize Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently. Candidate should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree,  Bachelor's preferred. Two years prior experience in a team lead or management capacity.

DIVISION: CEO-Continuous Quality Improvement

RESPONSIBILITIES:  To develop, administer and supervise all aspects of the Vendor Consolidation Project including processing of vendor applications,vendor contract compliance and monitoring and coordinate vendor training. Responsible for managing and monitoring program staff to ensure compliance requirements are met. Maintain ongoing communication with NYS Department of Mental Health and WIC agencies throughout the region.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration or  Human Services with two years WIC vendor management experience and at least one year supervisory experience. A Valid NYS Driver's license is required.
