Early Childhood Services

The Early Childhood Division offers Head Start, Early Head Start, Child Care, Universal Pre-K, as well as nutrition and health services to help foster the development of low-income women, infants and children up to age five who are at nutritional risk.For more information about the various programs, click on the links below:
