CEO YOUTHBUILD PROGRAM RECEIVES $10,000 DONATION FROM COOL INSURING AGENCY

Cool Insuring to Give Total of $150,000 to Charitable Organizations

June 12, 2007 — Lansingburgh, N.Y. - Cool Insuring Agency, Inc., today presented the Commission on Economic Opportunity for the Greater Capital Region, Inc. (CEO) with a $10,000 donation to support the organization's YouthBuild Program. The CEO is one of 15 nonprofit organizations to receive a donation as part of Cool's 150th Anniversary Celebration.

"Cool's 150th anniversary is the perfect opportunity to give back to the communities that have contributed to our success," said Tony Mashuta, president of Cool Insuring Agency. "We thank them for their support and helping Cool become one of the oldest and largest insurance agencies in the nation."

Cool Insuring Agency is contributing a total of $150,000 to charitable organizations in the communities it serves throughout New York State's Capital Region, and Warren and Broome counties.

"We have earmarked this money for our YouthBuild program which provides young adults who have dropped out of school with the opportunity to finish their education while learning job skills by building affordable housing for a low-income family - which otherwise may not have been affordable.
