Assurance
Through an agency-wide centralized intake process each
customer enters CEO’s continuum of care and is given the proper support
for completion of the admission process for all CEO programs for which
the customer is eligible.
The agency’s quality assurance program monitors all
service delivery processes and assures that each service is relevant to
meeting customer needs. Additionally, the quality assurance systems
assist the agency’s staff in eliminating activities that do not
ultimately lead to customer satisfaction or desired customer outcomes.
The quality assurance program also examines and addresses the
work-related needs of personnel involved in the delivery of care. The
agency’s personnel benefit from system efficiency by being able to
perform their jobs better, thereby better meeting the needs of the
customers.
